His inventions include the TurboChef, Ovention, and Vector ovens; industry-shaping technologies that were each acquired by leading manufacturers such as Welbilt, Hatco, Alto-Shaam, and Middleby. Scott Smith serves as President of Appliance Innovation, leading all aspects of engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and operations. With more than 25 years of experience in product development and precision manufacturing, he plays a critical role in translating the company’s innovation roadmap into scalable, high-performance systems.
Prior to joining Appliance Innovation, Scott held leadership roles at Honeywell, B&B ARMR, and AMP Incorporated, where he led complex hardware programs across telecommunications, security, and medical industries. A named inventor on multiple patents, he brings a deep understanding of mechanical systems, supply chain strategy, and operator-focused design, ensuring every product is built with quality, reliability, and speed in mind.
Chief Operating Officer
Michael serves as Chief Operating Officer at Appliance Innovation, overseeing day-to-day operations, engineering execution, and cross-functional alignment across the company’s fast-growing beverage systems portfolio. With more than two decades of leadership in thermal systems, product development, and high-performance manufacturing, he brings deep operational rigor to the company’s next phase of scale.
Prior to joining Appliance Innovation, Michael held senior roles at Middleby, ACP, and Trane, where he led complex engineering and innovation programs across commercial HVAC, cooking platforms, and smart kitchen technologies. His experience spans everything from CAD/ERP integration to global field service operations, making him instrumental in driving speed, consistency, and operational excellence across the organization.

Andrew Campbell drives national sales and go-to-market execution at Appliance Innovation, leading strategic growth across foodservice, convenience, and retail channels. With a background in medical technology and a proven record at companies like Stryker, BD, and Hospira, he brings a high-performance mindset to every stage of the commercial process.
Known for building strong partnerships and high-impact sales teams, Andrew plays a key role in scaling Appliance Innovation’s beverage platform nationwide, ensuring every solution delivers measurable results for high-volume operators.
