Prototypes

In the prototype phase, engineering serves marketplace realities. We organize newly-validated sciences according to our unique understanding of food service operator needs. Patent filings often emerge from the prototype stage.

2-3 prototypes are typically under evaluation.

Product Emergence

In this phase we get extensive operator feedback, quantify the benefits of the new product, and explore manufacturing commercialization. Outside forces like customer feedback influence the refinements made. Agency certification, such as UL and NSF, are completed near the end of this stage. Commercial trials provide reliability testing with real-world stresses. We iterate from here.
